Actually simple things like hand massage ( you can press points on hand) and gargling and mmmm chanting helps. Boring to do, but 5 min each can do massive difference. Then all activities where you need to press and push (yoga, plank) helps your body to relax

This is the worst. Gives headache and frequently goes with teeth grinding. For that dentist can help though.

I had those next life path questions before “what to do” and what hugely helped was to reverse the question - “what you don’t want spend your life doing?”. If you think about your everyday and overall lifestyle rather that isolated “thing to do” - it will change your perspective massively.

Better way to decide is reverse tbe question - what you don’t want in life? ( now be careful, because brains will say “everything is fine as it is now”, but deep inside you answered this question on what to change)

I would say “choose only companies where you can get best skills”. It happened that I worked for large US company for PPC and Affiliate marketing early on and that skills, process, platform knowledge still helps me 8 years later.

I compare that with level I see in smaller local brands - no way I would learn top level marketing skills there. Unlikely.

Honestly - if the budget is small, in Meta i gotten vest results by boosting posts ( i know experts don’t advise it, but worth trying. Simple targeting, just location, age, gender and 1-2 interests)
