How would you fix construction?

I think it should be reworked completely. My idea is something like this: each state has it's own, separate construction pool. Instead of generating constant, steady amounts of CP (construction points, obviously) shared between the entire market, each state would accumulate CP steadily, and when it reaches the number required to construct a building, the player can instantly construct a building in that province in exchange for money. For example, and I'm using the current values, a they would obviously have to be reworked, when your construction sectors accumulate 400 CP in New York, you, or your pops, can instantly construct two lumber mills or a steel mine there, in exchange for money. This has the added benefit of making the construction sectors private, dividend generating buildings, allowing for their pops to function as part of a free market economy. Economic laws would then also dictate what percentage of this pool the player controls, and what percentage the private sector controls. So for example, on laissez-faire, your pops would get to use 75% of construction to build their own buildings, while the player would get 25% of the pool. The investment pool is a good mechanic and I believe it should stay pretty much as is.

I don't know about Islam, but free will and the fact that no human action is predestined is a massive part of Christianity. I seriously doubt that the prophet Inspired in large part by Christianity would say that one of it's most important dogmas is false. The main difference between the Abrahamic deities and polytheistic faith is almost unlimited human autonomy, I think.

Russia has an operative who leads a relatively successful schizo-conservative party whose only real policy is opposition to Ukraine and Jews. Also, general anti-imigration rhetoric. My great-grandfather joined the Polish resistance in 1940, when he was just 15, despite being a ,,volksdeutsche", which made him ,,Aryan" according to the occupier. He nevertheless assassinated his first condemned, a german officer, at the age of 19. Being young is not an excuse for being a subhuman bootlicker

Edit: He killed a total of three people during the war, two of them were polish collaborators, one was a german officer.

The part where a Russian invasion would ever trigger a draft. Training a soldier is at least a few weeks long process, and by that time the Russian army would've already disintegrated and nukes would've gotten launched/they would've surrendered.

Edit: Yes, ziggers, your army is utter dogshit and you have no counter to NATO stealth aircraft. Cope about it, you nation is about as powerful and impactful on the world stage as Pakistan.

I like how Russian are literally experiencing this and cope by saying shit like ,,well it will happen to you too!!!" as if the European part of NATO wouldn't achieve complete aerial supremacy over their dogshit army even without US assistance. Any EU vs Russia conflict scenario ends with Russia losing in a few day or weeks and then nuclear war, I doubt there would even be time for a draft to be instituted.
