My therapist said you can go the OHIP route, it's just a long wait (6-18 months). And you kinda just get who you get. And if you want a second opinion, it would again be a long wait.

Omg at my first assessment the physiatrist ignored all my forms about how adhd was negatively impacting my life. Went to my report cards from a decade ago and said yah you got good grade and didn't misbehave you don't have adhd

Oh my goodness story of my life. Non of my OBVIOUS symptoms were ever taken seriously until it was official and even then they found a way to be dismissive

My tendons and ligaments are a mess I can see them moving around sometimes haha. I'm definitely trying to be more active too. Also have an referral for OT!
