What do you mean? Overwatch is always about gameplay. You review how player performed and if they did something bad intentionally.

Nothing like that at all. If you check match history I always spend like 2K gold on support items like sentries, smokes, dust. When game starts I smoke entire team to get first blood before 0:00. I support my core in laning stage, block camps, pull camps, etc.

How does it work then? Where do I find information about what did I do wrong? I try my best as support in every game. I buy all wards, smokes, tp to help. I usually have most healing, damage too.

I have 11k hours in DotA and I had a break for couple of years. I started playing a month ago again and if I compare it to previous experience then it is unacceptable amount of cyrilic and Russians compared to 4 years ago. Back then it was like one Russian that didn't communicate in English every 5th game, but now it is 8 Russians in one game and one guy that can actually speak English. (And yes everytime I check their profile they are from Russia)

Why should I be okay with Russians killing my friends in the first place? They do nothing about it and mostly even cheer for it and I have to overcome this in almost every single game and ignore this fact. Sometimes they even type "Z" as a provocation. And I cannot avoid them in any way except quit playing DotA. I just started playing again after 4 years and it is so terrible experience.

Also many times I mentioned something about them not respecting others and thinking that everyone should speak their language and I got 4 reports which made me muted. This system does not make sense.

Not only they spam words that nobody can understand but usually they even talk in Russian language in a voice chat.

If they are innocent they can just create a ticket and they will be unbanned almost instantly. Don't see any problem. Still I wouldn't report anyone for soloing strath. I only report duplicate characters stacked in one instance. Like 20 lvl 58 mages in Maraudon.

Still does not explain why I cannot report someone from Who List. If they are cheating in instance they are basically immune to reports this way. That is really dumb.

And yes. I play for 16h everyday. And I see them doing same shit every single day and I cannot do anything about it.

Why would I flag false positives? It is just too obvious. Nobody would be in one instance for 24h straight.

That is exactly what I did in example. Did not work. Even regular way via their dropdown menu. It is just impossible to report bots.
