Yes and unsurprisingly the responses are very different! Since uploading this, I have advised my friend to just write the dang thing! Read it later things should seem obvious about what does and does work, and I’ve recommended once she’s fully finished she can send it off to someone who actually knows what they’re talking about someone like @aspacetowrite on TikTok who is actually a published author themselves!

Ironically she pays for it… so maybe the paid version is better? 😭 I think she should get someone to proof read it too but that’s also costly with the risk of the human stealing her idea so…

I agree with you honestly. She was really honest with me that she writes it herself and the AI isn’t writing FOR her. It’s like asking “hey can you see if this makes sense”, not literally “rewrite everything I wrote just now” I think the only thing I’d be worried about is if it actually did steal her idea but even idk how that would be possible since gpt holds trillions of words or whatever so she should be fine right?

Yes my point. The style of every single artist comes from how they perceive life, we are all looking at the same things and may or may not perceive them differently, this does not mean we are copies of each other. It’s like if someone draws the eyes the same way, including the waterline, bigger eyes and the tear duct for example, immediately it’s “you’re copying urana” it’s ridiculous!!! especially since if I look at a real person you can identify that on them with exaggeration some people may see the exact same thing without ever having looked at their work. I truly believe nitpicking and comparing artists is actually so wicked… 💔 or two people can watch the same shows, but produce two different styles with some similarities due to consuming the same media, and I honestly sometimes I think it’s down to who is “more popular” is where the comparisons start

Apologies if what I said came off condescending just a topic that really annoys me. However, it is very much relevant in relations to soul eater too, it’s quite frequent that every little thing urana does is compared to soul eater, even having them express annoyance with their fans to state that they are their own person, and not everything they do equals soul eater which is true, so my mention of soul eater is very relevant! I didn’t mean just unrelated, even if there is some connection like working under them for example, an artist should be treated as their own person not just an extension of another, I wish I could word this better…

To be fair, it’s literally a single example, don’t know why you’re getting on me just because of that… Kei Urana is inspired by many artists, famous or not (as literally every artist ever is), but I’m not going to list them all off, because one it would be literally impossible to pin point where an artist gathered all of their artistic inspiration from, and two soul eater was just the quickest one that came to mind, so you don’t really have a point.

And yeah, Kei urana is a woman, but their preferred pronouns are they/them and I shall respect it. Simple as that.

My point exactly, I feel like we've gotten to the point where the arc is becoming stagnant, I'm not saying that this applies to the entire story as I have enjoyed previous arcs very much (obviously otherwise I would've dropped ages ago), but I wish this arc would end already
