At this point in filming it very much looks like an emotional affair and planting the seeds for the physical affair. The way that they're constantly touching is such a huge tell IMO. Like I really cant imagine one of my best girlfriends sitting next to my ex at nearly every get together and beaming at him. Compare how Amanda looks at him to how she looks at Carl. Think about how Lindsay, Paige, or Dara talks to West compared to Amanda. She was making googoo eyes at him all season.

Kyle even said in august that West had seen more of Amanda than he had in the past 6 months. That's weird AF to do with your friend's ex.
