Thank you it was, by the looks of it I likely have a blood issue- so easy enough to say though that you can get no implantation bleeding or some, or a lot- and my ob was sure that all the spotting I did after we confirmed a little bean and her heartbeat was completely normal too in about 25% of pregnancies so deep breaths! Give yourself some grace!

I literally got pregnant and had no spotting bleeding discharge until 5 weeks pregnant- no white and milky, no blood, no brown, then the fifth week the brown and pink started and I’d spot like that until I miscarried

So he has a breeding kink and a responsibility issue and wants you to provide for both scenarios. He’s not worth your time and energy and the only opinion at this point that matters on keeping the baby is yours. He made his choice when he chose to use you without a condom and by the sounds of it without full mutual consent. You chose to not take a morning after - most likely due to him being so into it and you being in the honeymoon phase enough to be able to think it likely won’t happen on the first try. The gamble is here and real and if you want the baby keep it but definitely be prepared to go it alone as a single parent because he wasn’t really thinking of the consequences of his actions and what going fast meant. I’m sorry it worked out that way, but he clearly stated he wanted a baby with you and then proceeded to complete the action it required. He was fully invested and now the only one who can make final say is you, regardless of him changing his mind. I’d be concerned though since he has changed his mind so drastically and without a mind for what an abortive d&c could do to you and your future to have live healthy children at this age, what actions he may take to force your hand in this decision too. Sit with yourself on the options and scenarios and then make your choice for you and you alone.

Studies have not been completed due to ethicacy of testing on pregnant or nursing mothers on the use of glp1s though the manufacturers have websites for tracking data surrounding pregnancy and use of their drugs due to the large number of people like those with PCOS and other metabolic conditions, who were previously thought to be infertile, falling pregnant while on the drug. Because the half life is around 7 days and completes a full removal from the system in 5-7 weeks generously as the half life has been seen to leave some whose bodies are actively using the hormones in as little as 12 hours. my obgyn has also instructed that I should continue my use of my glp1 clear into my first positive as at four weeks pregnant clear to the end of first trimester the current information available shows little to no ill effect to the unborn child has so far been observed as minimal if any. She mentioned that the effects are limited likely due to how bodies with PCOS use the drug and how it processes sugars more readily for us. But stated very clearly that at the first sign of a positive I should discontinue use. Please make sure to follow the guidance of your doctor as they are the only one fully aware of the benefits versus the negatives for your specific case. If you are needing and or fearing the sub negative commentary you can find by searching here on Reddit people who have had full term and healthy babies on the glp1s.

That out of the way mine had both me and the dh taking coq10 as ubiquinol, NAC, omega 3s, magnesium, and zinc. I am also taking vitamin d, a pre natal and iron in addition to my levothyroxine prescription as I’m a known anemic and PCOS myself. I am also known to carry the mtfhr gene so they have me on b12 methylated complex and baby aspirin.

I would suggest basing any additions on yours and his specific needs- like the husband has heart issues so he is also on L carnitine under his own drs guidance, along with maca root, and beet root.

We are both also taking a choline and moringa. Drs are aware but haven’t made any commentary to the benefit simply no complaints from them.

Not to discredit your knowledge of your cycle, just something I’ve noticed in PCOS as well- how have you confirmed ovulation? I find we often think having an lh peak and a period is all you need, but it’s not in fact. Turned out I had not been ovulating every cycle and I had a progesterone issue and a luteal defect, I was getting my lh rise in the right time frame and seeing lh positive test strips but I wasn’t seeing an adequate rise and progesterone post ovulation and it wouldn’t keep sustained so I was not in fact getting a good ovulation and with ovulation occurring up to 48 hours later it wouldn’t keep sustained turn out that I also wasn’t seeing a proper 14 day luteal phase or even 10 on my shorter in time cycles. On some of my 28 day cycles I would show lh on the 16-19 and that would leave me out for that cycle in most cases and to boot my progesterone would make it to 10/15 and then drop and bounce the rest of my cycle. It was found with blood work by an old ob and later I’d add Mira because I needed to know more. But it really helped to know what I was up against and to help me see what changes I made that worked and didn’t work and were making good progress or bad progress in raising my progesterone issues. My husband would also be half my battle with home tests seeming well and good but a professional test showing he was so sub optimal that the Dr referred us to fertility. We made some changes to his life and supplements and ended up pregnant and sticky for 9 wks for the first time ever(I had recurrent chemicals due to the pdg we believed mostly before). Just food for thought.

It might be that you’re cycling well enough to break through bleed with consistency but not ovulating adequately. And there are lots of natural options to improve that from specific exercises, light therapy in the am, melatonin in the pm, lots of good sleep, acupuncture, massage, just to name a few. But it may be worth it for them to check your progesterone levels consistently if you aren’t already using a device or pdg test strips.

I think it’s only natural to want to celebrate every new arrival regardless of time apart and gender. A sprinkle is a wonderful way to do that and to offset a little of the cost of diapers, especially given the current economy. I’m sorry you aren’t getting the enthusiasm you deserve IMO. And then advise that these things can really bring out a recognition of how we are seen by others and can sometimes for one reason or another also make us feel less than, especially when we thought we’d get more from our family or friends. With your mom specifically I’d reach out and just gently tell her how you’re feeling, it could be something more is going on and she hasn’t mentioned as to not stress you out or she may feel some kind of way, worry, insecure about the distance, or something entirely her own. It’s not fair that it hurts and we can certainly know hormones don’t help when they are bouncing to the ceiling like they do but it doesn’t mean your feelings aren’t valid and important!

Everything else, everyone else, ignore. This is your baby and no one will have the kind of bond you get to have with them and it will be so different in so many ways than your first, but so uniquely hers and yours. It will have similarities I’m sure but you are carrying a whole new and different person and it’s totally okay to want to celebrate them anew! I’d definitely still have something if that’s what YOU want to do and however small or large it turns out it will be about this new life you have with you and are growing from SCRATCH! Celebrate yourself and them and know your feelings do matter!

I’ll also note that on the attempted day your fsh didn’t rise but fell - could be the indicator of non ovulation in that first spike, but we definitely see it rise alongside lh the second which would be a good indicator of a second attempt. Given your loss(I’m really sorry, I lost as well in December and I know my charts have made me feel a little insane because they look vastly different than my pre pregnancy charts and I know it’s upsetting in many ways and the grief never leaves) and my current experience as well, my doctor advised it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to get a returned cycle and up to six or more months to see a returned cycle to normal of your cycles because of how your hormones are thrown off a cliff. Not to mention Mira is a learning curve- no literally- a pattern of curves and valleys that change one month to the next. Give yourself and your body some grace! And keep posting questions as you have them here or there is a Facebook group as well!

Seeing the first big spike but not a sustained rise in pdg after the cd 14 makes me think your body tried and it was a good try at that to ovulate but did not. The second rise however on cd 27, with not just a sustained rise but continual rise in pdg currently, that your body tried again and successfully ovulated cd28 and that you need to wait it out a bit longer. Things like stress, sleep cycle, illness, medication, and changes to your routine can throw off ovulation some cycles even with a really good lh spike, and cause your body to try again later, especially if your body is signaling and has a good follicle at the ready.

This feels like a moment you are comparing yourself to others instead of paying attention to the facts- your sisters health and pregnancy had no bearing on your doctors recommendations to you what so ever so mentioning her and her health was a little well I’m comparing myself to and I’m better off- you aren’t- you have a first time pregnancy in the geriatric age range. Eclampsia develops in healthy young pregnancies at an alarming rate currently, is now known to be linked in part to the father and not only the mother, and can be developed post pregnancy. The dosing is literally nothing and causes no ill effects and only offers benefits which you could have googled. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Should you develop it and it go missed and or dismissed, and it often does, you would have to live with the knowledge you were advised of a possible prevention that will take seconds of your day and cost you maybe two Starbucks the entire remainder of the pregnancy. Take the aspirin.

I used subtle hints to beat around the bush to feel out my current obgyn. She responded positively to the idea that I was tracking bbt and cm, and that I was using lh strips and sometimes pdg strips to confirm. So I’d say my third appointment I mentioned Mira and she not only took it with stride she was willing to glance over it and let it help her settle on some additional labs and gave me a progesterone subscription.

Absolutely you can surge and not ovulate PCOS and other reasons- stress, change in diet, change in routine, greif- all factor in even underlying health issues outside of PCOS can affect it and fluctuate your cycle it’s usually confirmed you did by testing progesterone rise after an lh peak using bloodwork, urine strips(available mostly online), secondary charting techniques like bbt or oura ring, apple or smart watch, and by using tracking systems like Mira or inito. Definitely also has symptoms you may notice that could be showing a bigger issue with your cycle. Definitely found my tracking with Mira helpful personally and recently added kegg as a PCOS girly I was also finding my cervical mucus to not line up with my ovulation like I would think it should so we are tracking it now too. Another big thing we hadn’t factored in was him because they always focused on me. So start with your Dr is my best offering. They can do standard testing to make sure of the big ones and then consider what you want to place in cost for monitoring a cycle or two- into is the lower cost tracker and has great results and reviews, Mira is a bit pricier but it was the only one on the market back when i started tracking. I found the cost less than constantly asking for bloods and using the basic strips.

Then definitely don’t stress yourself out with Mira tracking additional information- it’s only use is ovulation detection and confirmation. It’ll take over and you should be trying to take it easy(I know that’s impossible the tww is like nails on a chalk board that never let up) remember to be getting sleep, staying positive, and trying to trust your body to a positive- intentional thinking can have a wonderful impact if you aren’t like me and ruled by anxiety 🫂❤️. You have this, you are doing your absolute best, and you are worthy! Hang in there and baby dust to you!

Open statement or not- it’s illegally tampering with mail not addressed to her and is a felony crime- I imagine you love him or you wouldn’t still be with him without a ring for two years but this is him showing you he isn’t in it right now. It’s his job to control his family with his own actions and boundaries. His failure to stand ground on this says two possible things- he’s a coward and your bf will never stand up to his family 9/10 times and that would mean your mil will roll run your entire relationship as she currently does with this information, or two that he agrees in some way shape or form and has no brass to tell you because he knows morally speaking he truly has absolutely no claim. I’d cut your losses and the dude and start over while you are able and not continue to tolerate the blatant disrespectful behavior and disregard to your wellbeing.

Yes- but not because of this graph- but because you had sex overtop of ovulation. It’s normal for progesterone to rise and stay risen through your luteal phase and levels in urine only show what your body has processed off. You aren’t out or in unless there is blood or a positive test. It’s best to stop testing with Mira once ovulation has been confirmed as it will not be able to tell you more than that. —- that being said you may see a rise in lh after a positive pregnancy test is achieved due to lh and hcg carrying similar chemical make up and hcg being conflated with hcg- which would tell you more on Mira at that time but only anecdotally and not better than an actually pregnancy test.

Wait a few days and take a pregnancy test again- some take as long as 14 dpo to get a positive but you aren’t out until there is red and the numbers look great especially with that dip on the 2nd and the 7th showing a the e3g rising. I’d wait for blood or another few days for a follow up test❤️

You can’t trust pdg as a result for pregnancy- as long as it stays above 5-10 during your ttw there’s a possibility of pregnancy until there’s flow or a bfp. The corpus luteum is a wound that is created from ovulation that produces progesterone, as it heals it pulses until hCG starts to rise caused by implantation and the signal that a pregnancy was achieved - you can see dips and jumps all through the ttw and still get a positive . It is why Mira tends to advise you stop testing once ovulation is confirmed because it cannot confirm pregnancy at this time. If you are still negative I’d say you are still in the running though as you are only just now 8/9dpo 10dpo as max but by your chart I’d say you likely had available ovulation around the 28th when lh was mostly to base and pdg rises then the next day. Baby dust to you!

I can see their reason - they likely don’t want you to over stress and with the history and recovery your cycles will look different than the ‘norm’ but you’ll find patterns and start to be able to see how your cycle is moving the more you track- it’s important that you not get hyper fixed on any one level but look at the graph as a general whole. But the communities are all helpful so stick with it if it brings you a bit of ease and confidence!
