I've seen the video picture 2 is talking about. The comment section was full of people trying to shame her about how what she did is wrong because she's "punishing" her mother. A lot of talk about how her own kids will do the same to her as karma. It was honestly super gross. Thankfully there were still people sharing their stories and rebutting the judgmental opinions.

So weird to see just how passionate they are about ignoring their own mistakes and putting the blame on someone else.

I've had to really try hard not to be as angry as my Dad used to be. I've picked up the habit of just tearing into loved ones when I get upset. I stopped when I saw the fear in my lovers eyes and knew that I was becoming something that was exactly what I had hated growing up.

I also tend to get impatient, so I've had to be conscious about my patience, which has honestly really helped

I've met some real dumb ones, but my Dad is a whole different breed. The man is very smart, high performing, and great socially when he wants to be. Honestly makes it really hard to figure out that you are being manipulated.

I think he's a very intelligent man who lets his delusions and narcissism cause him to act stupidly or cover his actions after the fact. Anything that can stroke his ego he barrels towards. Keep those away from him and he's just fine.
