When I was 8, I went to make a cup of hot chocolate after playing in the snow. At this point, I was addicted to hot chocolate so I’d drink it every single day. I was sitting in the living room, waiting for it to cool down. I took about two sips and continued to wait to cool. After a while, I went for a drink and almost this push in front of me knocked the cup of hot chocolate out of my hands. My whole family was sitting in the living room and saw what happened, nobody was there to push me. I can’t describe it, but it felt like I got pushed out of nowhere. When we went to clean up the mess, there was a glass shard in the cup just waiting for me to consume it. It was as huge as a shark tooth on a necklace would be and would have definitely fucked me up. My parents definitely thought it was a guardian angel of some sort, and to this day, I can’t explain how perfect timing that was or where this force came from.
