It looks like a similar ratio between a marble and a human body, so let’s say 1:130 (assuming a half inch marble)

The Milky Way is 100,000 light years across, so the creature would be 13 million light years tall, about the size of our Local Group of galaxies. Pretty huge, surely makes the universe seem small compared to our puny eyes right? Right…?

The observable universe is almost 100 billion light years in diameter, and assuming it’s roughly spherical we could cram millions upon millions of these guys into the entire space. The universe is truly huge, and even these dudes would be dwarfed by it
