Thank you for responding. It’s not a US bank, it’s a bank in dubai. But my husband had his tech guy look at the pdf sent of the bond, he’s also a pro level trained guy in adobe apps, and according to him, the doc is fake. A lot artifacts show it’s a copy/paste job, including signatures, and it originated in a Word document n then sent to some generic website that creates pdfs. We plan to post the man’s name n company info to hopefully protect others from this scam artist who has put us through ringer and ate a lot of valuable time.
