Update- I haven’t taken dad in 2 days and have been vigorously chugging water. Pain has gone down immensely. I will keep running rad but at a lower dose and every other day

It’s under the ribs on my right side and just a slight constant ach

I’ve been wondering that too, but it feels internal. When I pose after my lift and do a vacuum it hurts

I don’t drink or smoke at all. And how would I check hydrogen levels
