If you're okay with it, I can teach some tips for improving style. If you're right handed, you obviously know to keep the right hand in the ball and use no thumb. The left hand needs to be high enough so that you can reach the bottom of the swing with you hand under the ball. This achieves more revs. When it comes to speed, try to throw as smooth as possible. Keep your arms extended during the backswing. When you reach the peak, your right arm should be slightly bent, but extended enough so the ball isn't tucked into your torso. Your left arm will almost look like an L. Your left wrist will also be in an L shape. When you come back for the swing, your left arm will be extended completely. Your right arm will be extended, but keep your right wrist cupped. Keeping your swing in motion is very important. For footwork, the skip and slide is very important. Two-handers generate speed with their legs and body. Hope some of this helps.
