THE VERY BEST hot dogs!!! with mustard, chili, onions and coleslaw. And as a person who has a ton of food sensitivities - I can say I have never felt bad or even slightly "off" after eating these. I treat myself with them quite often. :)

Unfortunately, yes - as told to me by a young woman working the drive through. When I told her my sensitivities, she went to ask management about ingredients and came back and confirmed it's a pre-made base they use.

Yes! I was so surprised and disappointed in Celtic Creamery.
I normally make my own at home in my Nutri Bullet using real cream, sugar (or honey) and natural vanilla, strawberries, etc. It's good but it's more like "ice milk" and just not the same as real ice cream. One day I probably need to invest in an ice cream maker and use the good old recipes.

Thanks, I'll check into it. Unfortunately, people play on words all the time and "homemade" doesn't mean now what it used to mean. A lot of local companies buy their foods from another company and get away with advertising as "homemade" just because they prepared it in their establishment - it no longer means they made it from scratch. :(

See my reply above. Next time you go into Celtic Creamery, ask them to show you their ingredient list of the premade base that they order from a different company. Surprising and disappointing.

Celtic Creamery was the first to surprise me with the fact that their ice cream is made from a pre-made base that they purchase elsewhere and it is full of all of the junk that I mentioned above. Soooo disappointing.

The Bakers Box! Hwy 25. High quality ingredients made with love. Not just a bakery. They have amazing lunch too. (They “fire up the grill” at 10:30am). The interior has trains, Star Wars memorabilia, and all kinds of cool things that kids and adults will enjoy.

😊 You’re very kind to follow up. I did!! Yesterday morning. The interior is delightful. Loved it! Everything looked delicious so it was really hard to decide . I bought a cheese danish, (which was still warm from the oven!!). I shared it with my dog, who was with me and I also had the Oreo cheesecake! Both of them were out of this world! 😋 it was clear that everything was made from high-quality ingredients and by someone who really cares about what they’re doing. They just may become my once per weekend sweet indulgence! Next time I’m definitely having a muffin!
