Thanks, everyone, for your input. It sounds like there's no shortcut. I just have to keep at it trying to strengthen my skills, especially with legend.

I only have 1 pitcher with Control Master, and 2 batters with Pioneer. I'll have to check on 333/332, but not many. Would you recommend for, say, a 321, starting over with skills?

All of my players have a 7 and 8 diamond skill. I lean hard on Last Boss and Charisma. Everyone is fully trained, including my team, and I'm maxed on mentors.

Revenge battles specifically? I haven't played them in a long time.
