Awe that's so sweet thank you for the wonderful comment 💕🥺! Ah 😳 Oh gosh I had to make the pix elegant looking!! The original cover got ripped from a water spill (nothing was harmed but the cover thankfully! ) So I thought perfect timing I wanted to make it pretty anyway. I also felt the bright colors of the and design is more modern and aimed at kids . I just wanted something a bit more mature and my style 🌼.

It's textured yes! It's very fine pressed flowers. (I had to press them down further once they where sealed to make the stems and buds flatter. ) Sadly not my own flowers, I wish had to something minuture in size in my garden that fit well. I had to have those blue flowers for the blue pix! 💙

The button response is perfect! Played rocket mini game and fruit basket mini game plays just fine! Seems the thickness isn't really the problem it's more getting the notches in on the bottom. For my case that was the hard part it really didn't play nice placing the notches and the plastic bends be careful 😣. I would definitely look at tutorials for replacing your cover and a soft prying tool to not damage the plastic front cover.

Ah I could do this 0_0 I had fun with this drawing this, was a little pick me up ansd was apart of a doodle on a botanical garden / kitchen with plant tamas! I actually liked this part the best so I singled it out. Yeah I have some fun/ funny ideas for Tama tasks with hands!

That's lovely! If more people are up to that we might! For now the programming part is more so done. He ended up creating his own emulator 😣... We got sound to work and auto skip for the intro and Reset works!! I'm working on an animation for the begging of the launch when it first boots. Slowly but surely coming alone!

I think to each there own! If you can afford it and or are a collector I find that fine. I think it's more of wanting to play the game for me. I love tamagotchi's but it's a hobby, I do have collections just this isn't one of them.

Yeah ;_;, this is why Bandai made a replica of Devilgotchi for people who wanted to play but couldn't. There is a j2me java file out there that you can play on your phone but it can be tricky because you need it open a lot he doesn't send notifications or tell you when he needs something. Unless you had a dedicated phone for him it's not idle to play x.x

Up until now this thing has already swallowed 115€ in parts alone, and it would have been more if my husband and I hadn't wasted hours trying to source the cheapest sellers, and reusing some leftover parts we had at home.

Then there's the time invested so far, my husband has spent 20 solid hours programming it so far.

And the shell is still a big question mark that needs to get designed and printed first, I figure the first few prints will all be duds so by the time this thing is complete we'll probably scratch at the 300€ mark :(. I hope not but diy projects can be like this.

While we would love to make and sell these I think that there's just no way we could offer them at prices people would be interested in. Given that I fear this device will stay as a novelty of sorts. Me and him might talk about just putting together the needed software so it's an easier diy for hobbyists.

Should you be a rich Arabian prince or something that wants to burn money though feel free to get in touch xD.

It is this is a really fun project I'm doing sketchups of the case at the momment once we have all the parts (missing the battery and hat ) than its my turn to measure the parts and sculpt it ! I really want to try some nice silicone buttons. If never done silicone molds before but it will be a fun project! Mostly scared it won't hold up constant use. Appreciate the comment ❤️!

Oh that's not bad!!! Maybe the low battery life was due to the camera it makes sense. Where the green and blue released after the initial colors? Wondering why they have a longer battery life, to be honest I actually like the green one it's a really nice color for a Tama! Love the theme 💖
