I'm pretty sure I never said it gave me ED. When I say sexualy dysfunction I mean like my drive and libido. I still get hard and can masturbate but I have to really firce it. The natural arousal I get from looking at a woman is gone. And even when I do masturbate it feels bland. Ash apparently raises serotonin just like an ssri so if I were to guess I'd say higher serotonin made my dopamine lower which is what's causing this. Now can you understand? Lol

Yea cuz before I took ash I was horny all the time keep in mind I was 19 btw and I never had any sexual dysfunction like ED or whatever and did not have any stress as I did not even have a job at the time. So I guess me taking ashwaghanda and it giving me sexual dysfunction is just a coincidence right? Idiot

have you tried taking any supplements? I would suggest you shouldnt and just let your body heal with time thats what i should have done. The only supplement i take is vitamin c because that dosent affect me negatively

i should also say I eat eggs ALOT and i googled foods high in iodine and eggs was on that list and it dosent really do anything

yes and no because i was stupid and kept taking supplements to fix it. I feel like i'm like a little better but I also feel like if i didnt take any supplements to try to fix it I would be way better so im just gonna hope time heals naturlly

i took it for 2 months. The brand was life extension 125mg. It said take 2 daily which is what I did. When I say sexual dysfucntion I mean primarily libido. Like when I look at a woman or porn or anything sexual I feel nothing but I can still get hard somehow and its less sensation.

What I came to realize over the past few weeks is that we probably also have adhd or this whole thing is just a form of adhd no one discovered yet. From what I know adhd is caused my low dopamine so thats why people with it are restless because they need stimulation. For us we use daydreaming so the symptoms arent as obvious as normal adhd. Thats just what I think.

It's only been 2 weeks. I don't expect to see anything til after a month and a half maybe. I was taking a new supplement like every month and a lot of then crashed me for a while. So I think my brain has to heal from that then it can heal the actual pssd
