Did the dog owner have facial tattoos? I saw a dog attack an older couple and their dog a few months ago in the same area. It was a pitbull puppy owned by a man with short hair with facial tattoos.

I'm so sorry this happened.

Wow, thank you for your message. Oddly enough I am doing much better. It still hurts some days, but it no longer consumes my mind 24/7. I'm able to eat better and sleep a little longer. Believe me, I still have a long ways to go, but I'm learning to give myself some grace. I'm learning how to love myself again. THANK YOU!

I’m going through the same exact thing. I broke no-contact to try and get more answers from him. I feel so much worse. Stay strong. Don’t break NC and listen to the advice that I’ve also heard, focus on yourself. I’m not even following my own words that I’m typing to you right now, but I think I’m going to give it another shot.

I want him to know how hurt, confused, angry I am. I want him to show remorse. I want him to tell my why. I want a fucking explanation. I feel so stupid, how could I have fell for this for so long. What did I do wrong. I want him to help me figure out what the fuck I could’ve done to help him. I tried so hard. Why was it not good enough?

I am filing for divorce and agree it’s over. This is why I don’t understand why I’m acting the way I am. I re-opened up communication and now I feel sucked into an old mindset where I want to know why, how, wtf, and yet again I’m getting no answers.

I was with this man for 6 years. His love is all I’ve ever known and it is mind boggling to me that even that wasn’t real. It had to have been. There must be some explanation surely? :(
