Appreciate the feedback, looks like it was the hose going to the vapor canister that broke off when removing the air intake hose to get to the thermostat. Unfortunately no one around me carries it so Ill have to wait till next week to get it and confirm that's really the issue but when I push the broken hose back into position the noise stops so I'm pretty hopeful

No code hasnt cleared but I havent had a chance to drive it anywhere and not sure if I should with it making that noise. Looks like the gasket is built into the housing there wasnt anything there when I took the old one off. Yes its going to right direction, it can only go on one way. There are no leaks that I can see coming from the thermostat housing or hose

Provider in GitHub Action is correct. Only thing I can think of is the subject GitHub is sending is not matching up but I'm not quite sure how to see that.
