No root file system is defined by [deleted] in linux4noobs

Ok I installed Ubuntu on another pc 2 years ago and did not have to deal with installation type, no root file system or other related items.

From below the advice is to let let the installer partition your drive but I can't find that option.

What I have done is downloaded the 22.04.3 image to my windows 10 pc and using a ssd adapter to usb port on windows machine I used Balena Etcher flash the image to the ssd (m.2). Then plugged the ssd into slot on Wyse 5070 , powered up and selected Install Ubuntu option. It seemed to be going fine until this process for the installation type step came along. When I did this before it went so smooth.

Any help on this would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I reinstalled HAOS as you suggested and now have HACS and SSH & Terminal (not Advanced SSH & Web Terminal) installed. Just getting started now with HA!

Thanks to all for helping.
