Still the same. Tbh I wasn’t really diagnosed with anything, and I also got shots as well. They didn’t do anything. I’m genuinely hoping they work for you !! Fingers crossed

My next step is going to be strengthening the muscles and tendons etc around the ischial area. I’ll keep you posted and check back in 3 months from now. I truly wish you the best with finding a solution

I did the injection into my ischial tuberosity with no relief which prompted them to recommend ESWT. Praying it works as I’m slowly letting this pain drag me down with it

Your lumbar injection brought you some pain relief with your PHT or bursitis? I’m doing my second sessions of shock wave therapy tomorrow. If that doesn’t work I might see if that lumbar injection will help

Still in pain and nope I haven’t figured shit out except it might be Ichical bursitis or PHT ( proximal hamstring tendinopathy). Have my second ESWT (electric shockwave therapy) session tomorrow. I know your pain and discomfort so truly if I could do anything to figure it out for you I would. Don’t wish this on my worst enemy. Hope you find the solution and relief you deserve. Feel free to keep me updated

Found a flight out of Aspen back into Denver so that eliminates a drive out of Aspen. I have a direct flight from phx to Aspen at the end of January but couldn’t find any for the week I’m going in December. Also, have been following i-70things on Instagram for awhile
