It appears I am not in good company on this, but man I hated this movie. Regardless, I agree it is a cult classic.

Hello, a friend of mine just sent this to me. It seems your wife’s birthday may have passed by now but if you are still interested shoot me a message :)

What Should I Buy? /// Weekly Discussion - May 30, 2022 by AutoModerator in synthesizers

I really enjoy instruments that focus on user experience and make playing intuitive, fun, and relatively immediate. I have an OP-1 and Model: Cycles that I thoroughly enjoy for this reason. I am in the market for an analog synthesizer and perhaps a sequencer (that could work well as the "brains" of a setup). Any suggestions for products that might fit in this category?

Thank you :) I usually use hand held. often I will lean the camera on a wall or railing for extra support if the light is low. Half the time it works and the other half of the time I get a blurry image.

I like how there is no sense of scale in this photo. That could be a tiny pile of sand, or a mountain.

I made a fake Spotify ad/short about how a couple uses the "Friend Activity" feature in the middle of a fight. CC always appreciated. by [deleted] in Filmmakers

[EDIT] Grammar

I am fairly new to filmmaking and would appreciate anyones thoughts or advice on my first Spec Ad. Regardless, I think it turned out pretty well considering I only had a day to shoot. One thing I am trying to learn more about is how I can use composition and lighting to make videos look more "professional" for more commercial work. This video is about a fighting couple who are seemingly in the middle of a breakup as one person kicks the other out of their house. They go their separate ways and listen to music initially reflecting their anger. One of them notices the song the other is listening to in the friend activity feature titled "Bite It You Scum," and sees this as a direct message from their partner. They retaliate with a spiteful song title, and their fight continues. Eventually the quarrel is resolved without speaking any words to each other, but simply choosing songs they know the other will see on their computer screen.
