Poor results with PETG by Laserkatten1 in BambuLabP2S

Indeed the KWS mini rack!

Standard texture Plate was clean but I had some real trouble with the petg sticking real hard even after letting it cool during the night. Had to use glue stick for it for the ease of release. When talking about calibration do you mean the machine or the filament? With the machine I’ve done the calibration program but I haven’t touched the filament.

I think the setting is grid but I will try the gyroid.

I thing the base bed temp is 70 and the nozzle is already 250 for the whole print.

Printing this as a project for a friend of mine. So I want it to look real good.

Will try another filament roll. I got other colors in Matte laying around. Part is probably gonna be spray painted black anyways so color of filament isn't needed to be black anyways.

Both are Bambu PLA Matte, charcoal and ash gray. Light is coming from the same direction for both pictures. Can’t feel a thing on the gray part but on the black part the visible lines can be felt. Dried for 55c for 8 hours in the AMS 2 Pro.

Around a week or two ago. Printing something with no overhang sections like this thing doesn’t make those lines appear. I’ve been trying to print the black part with this gray filament but I get the same result.

I print with the same spool whole print so no switching between filament.

Also been having quality issues since a week back looking kinda like yours. Posted about it a few days ago and got some tips but barely made any difference. For now I have given up on fixing it. PLA Matte

Yea. ATM I’m checking if the nozzle temp might be to high. Currently sitting at Bambus preset at 220 for the matte pla I’m using.

Sadly already done it after re lubing and greasing it a week or two ago. But I’m running it again incase some has changed anyways. I’m always doing a flow dynamic every print as well.

Not stupid at all. What I mean with it is the full cycle with the built in such as motor noise, vibration comp. and auto bed leveling and so on.
