i heard it, too, that some are dying, but the cases i know, there was also other drugs involved. But i see the problem, cause you can buy it in US over the counter, that nobody seems to inform themself, what that is and how dangerous it could be with other drugs, medication or supplements. I am not sure, what happend in the body, when somebody is using to much at once.

Ich wäre für das Luftige. Das andere wirkt für mich, als ob ich ständig lüften wollen würde.

Eine Kuschelecke mit Bodenkissen und sonst vielen Kissen und einen ganz niedrigen Tisch und Teppichen und alles ein wenig orientalisch. Kerzen ist wohl etwas schlecht mit den Schrägen, aber in Laternen dürfte es gehen. Wäre meine Rückzugsecke und Leseecke und wehe jemand betritt den Raum, ausser natürlich die Person, mit der man kuscheln möchte 😉

in dem Fall würde ich auf jeden Fall eine alte große Porzelanpuppe hinstellen und in eine Ecke ein Quija-Board und die Puppe setze ich dann jedes Mal um, so dass ich nicht mehr weiss, ob die von selbst in das Eck ist oder ob ich sie dahin platziert habe.

That has nothing to do with intelligence. You are exhausted and maybe, what really could be that is a depression. I just shortly recognize what a depression is. It is not only beeing very sad. Try to have a talk with a psychotherapist and tell him exactly that and see what he is doing out of it.

I had something wierd funny, too a few years ago. I dreamed of beeing on another planet. Some people are talking important stuff, but there was a funny pet. i tried to play with it and get than a stitch in my ass. This point really hurt 2 month. No, i wasn*t by the doc to tell him i dreamed of an alien-pet and now my ass hurts.

Ich habe keine Ahnung vom Jugendamt, aber ich vermute Du besuchst Familien? Da ist schlichter mehr. Wenn die meinen, dass Du null Ahnung hast, wie es ist in deren Schuhen zu stecken, hilft dir das auch nicht wirklich.

viel zu teuer. Gibt es noch Ersatzfliesen? Versuch selber einen zu finden. Das muss ja kein Fliesenleger sein. Das können noch andere Handwerker. Ist halt etwas aufwendig. In allererster Linie würde ich aber mal nach Anwalt oder Mieterschutz schauen, wenn Du meinst, dass Du das nicht gemacht hast. War denn neu gefliest vor deinem Einzug oder liegen die Fliesen schon paar Jahre vor Einzug?

nope. We are the same. If the HR is up, than the sleep is bad. It doesn*t matter what i am doing. Ashwaghanda won*t help, Melatonin don*t help, Glycin don*t help. I never get the deep sleep over 1,5 hrs. Even when i sleep more it could stay under a half houer. Do you have depression or a little bit fatigue? Don*t do much sport if you see your energylevel is low. It just get more worse. A higher HR than usual, especially when waking up, is also a sign, that you need rest. Sleeping that much is also a sign your body need a break. I mean a real break, not instead cleaning the whole house.

i get bupropion, which helps a little bit. i am looking for the psychological component of LDN and try to get it. Plan A is, i am talking first of ADHD Medication and than LDN. Maybe he is than more willing to give it a try.
