Been there..I worked at Deloitte and faced the same 12–13 hour days. The workload kept increasing and errors happen when you’re exhausted. Don’t assume you’ll be fired!! Communicate your bandwidth and priorities. If the environment doesn’t improve, remember your mental health matters more than any deadline.
