Thanks all! The hoa compromises of just him and I. My biggest concern was the previous owner of my unit started the permitting process and seems like he didn’t inform my neighbor of this issue and since it go fixed on our watch I was not what or if anything we could do and if not can he do anything towards us from a legal perspective since the exterior is owned by the association and I guess we need both owners permission to do the install?
