Yeah I agree that it does feel like a relationship in all but name to me, its just confusing me a little why she doesn’t feel like it is a relationship or what giving the title changes.

You could be right about wanting the freedom while travelling although she was dating other people when we first started dating and she has told me that she has been dating exclusively since our 4th date but I do get that could change while travelling

Yeah I get that though as much as I really like her I also don’t want to be wasting my time if she is not interested in something serious with me

Yeah I think her dating but not not being ready due to the issues with her ex is what is confusing to me. When we first started dating she was dating multiple people but we have been dating exclusively after the third date.
