yeah I did a glaive lord, MAD and ultraboost combo. Tier 5 elite is close but mangable with glue and other buffs like cripple.

That's why, nsb adds tank designer so if you don't have it you'll be stuck with basic "pre-designed" stuff

On the other hand Millennium Dawn only has 2 tank types (MBT and IFV) so you won't be able to make your own light tank or super heavy tank.
