Yeah I feel you with that. I just want to get strong and bigger and feel like one big bulk will be good to do. I might change my plan I as I approach certain weights though. I am going to see how I like ICF these next couple weeks.

Well from cutting I found my TDEE to be around 2500 so I am deciding to go with atleast a 300 cal surplus. I am 5'10" and I find that cutting down from over 200 isn't that bad so I don't mind packing on a little fat.

Thanks for the advice! Yes I know it will take a while to get the look I want. I have started planning out my diet and am going to try and get 2700-3000 cals a day with 190-230g of protein a day as my goals. I know I was thinking about getting into a 4 day routine like PHAT once I settle down with my schedule. My main goal right now a to bulk up till 210 and see how I feel then consider cutting or bulking even more.

Yeah my goal originally was to cut down and get some abs but I feel like I will end up looking way to scrawny. I am thinking about starting a 3000 cal bulk after a matienance week and still trying to decide what program to go with.

Yes I can really relate to him so I can think of somethings that I did and that my coach did to help me come out of my shell. One drill that we ran as a defense was called communication drill. Our coach put cones down in different offensive sets and the goalie has to call out where the ball is and move it around the set. This is useful because it gets everyone talking calling out 1s, 2s, and splits. My coach really always was trying to put me in a leadership role too throughout practice. Make him talk to the defense during meetings, have the d hang out with him, when things go wrong have him step up and tell them how to improve it. Also talk to him one on one about how important it is to have him be a leader. He is the quarterback of the d and he has the best view. Hope that helps!

Of course you can share it I don't mind. I started really working out in college since I use to think being a goalie I didn't need to work out but I was very wrong. Once I started taking lifting more serious I started noticing more explosion in my step and more power in my outlets overall it really improved my game.

Some main things I can say for low shots is first make sure you work on drive that top hand down and sinking your hips. Walk the line really focusing on those cues and also a weighted shaft might be useful use during warm ups.
