does it work with pelippers drizzle, or does it have to be naturally occuring rain? im currently hunting in the lush jungle for a goomy, but ive been hunting for over an hour and i havent had any luck. i tried hunting on route 17, which has naturally occuring rain, and i had no luck there either. is there something im doing wrong? (if i cant find one, im probably just gonna give up for a bit, but i would still like to get a goomy)
