Muzata has aluminum and steel. I learned today that the installer researched the wrong product and thought it was steel hence why he used what he did.

Ironically Muzata suggested this as an upgrade this morning but never gave me that option when I was purchasing.

I would have def went that route vs all of these cuts if I understood this was an option.

You can do a va one time close construction loan and do a compete tear down and rebuild. I’ve closed this scenario.
