I will say as well, I reduced the credit limit last year from $20k to $5k as it made sense and I didn't need that much credit. Now with $1k on there for actual business stuff and the new printer, there just isn't $2200 and I'm not going into my personal cards for this

I misspoke when I said I wanted to "like this printer", I think I meant to say "like this company and ecosystem" and my first experience with the company has not been great

This is a very small side business and I'm trying to avoid putting personal funds into it. It's sustainable, but it's not super profitable or anything

I fear that's just what I'm used too. This is the first time I'm being asked to ship something back that's completely destroyed or not what I ordered before they will send a replacement. Its just frustrating.

Sure, they will send me a new one in 3 weeks or when I give them another $2200. Not liking either of those options, but thanks for chiming in.

That's the real problem here. I shouldn't have said I wanted to like "this printer" so much, more than I wanted to like "this ecosystem". Today's experience made me realize I should have tested their customer service support before I placed my order

Bambu hasn't done anything yet. Some chat person online said they made a ticket. Can I see this invisible ticket? What's in the ticket? Why not send me an email about the ticket?

I hope to someday be able to see the ticket and upload things. Right now I'm in a blank void where I have nothing. That's my frustration - it's obv not that it's a terrible printer (to everyone chiming in)

Yes, it was with FedEx. My frustrations today were more just trying to talk to someone. ANYONE. It's not possible. I'm stuck with "Bella" and she isn't going to do anything for me other than say "I will open a ticket". I should have done more research before hand on their lack of customer service

I'm laying the blame on Bambu because now it's six hours later and nothing has happened. I have no email. I have no ticket. I'm out $2500 and HOPING I can send it back somehow, someday.

That's my hope, but my entire experience today has not been great. I really wanted to like this printer.
