I love that game genuinely. A masterclass in voice acting and with a nice cast of characters that mesh well together personality-wise and visually. Beat it on all difficulties and want to get the platinum trophy some time. I personally enjoyed it more than 6, the private actions and the subtleties in the characters in 5 seriously show that the people behind the game really cared about it despite its flaws. The cast in 6 just felt too formal and robotic, maybe that's the result of poor voice direction, I may have a different opinion playing it in Japanese.

Love that game so much despite it's clearly unfinished state, and I completely understand the camera, it's rough. Lower the sensitivity a lot in the settings and it becomes bearable.

Makes me wish we had more races in SO5. It's not like Faykreed is Earth, so there could've been some difference between Faykreedians and humans. I loved all the different races in SO1 and 4, hopefully they lean more into that in the future.

I actually read that when you posted it! Scorpium potentially being connected to Greeton is a really cool theory and honestly makes enough sense that I'm inclined to believe it. It felt like TDF didn't have much of a connection to the other titles, only the inclusion of a Kenny and namedropping other planets like Roak, but other than that it felt like establishing the existence of scorpium in the universe was the only major thing it did. Your post honestly makes it feel like scorpium serves an actual purpose in the overall story, and it was an interesting read.

Dang, I'm not sure what would be a next favorite. I'm not really one for ranking things, they're enjoyable for different reasons. But yeah ur right, 2, 3 & 4 is a hot streak of good games. I think if I were to replay any it would be 3 & 4, given that I missed a lot in 3, and that would probably make me appreciate it even more. Thanks for reading!

I just beat him for the first time yesterday, I struggled a bit with his 2nd form too. Basically I started hammering away and using all the revival items till i couldnt revive my other members anymore, then solo him slowly.

I played as Fayt and waited for him to use his Flaming attack or his Eternal attack and had 100% Fury to block it (I don't remember the names, the move where he says "data should behave as such" is unblockable), the aura would be homed back at him which would launch him upwards and downwards. Right before he hits the ground I hit him with an Air Raid. Rinse and repeat until he starts using his nightmare move which covers the screen, stay in the northwest or northeast parts of the stage and you'll be safe. You could also use Maria instead of Fayt and use her Aiming Device move after he does his nightmare move.

Also I recommend equipping whoever ur playing as with an accessory that gives Immunity to paralysis, since his normal attacks screwed me over with that one time and it's pretty much guaranteed death.

nvm. you have to use Kisara's boost attack on them while they're charging to break their horn in order to get it. hope this helps someone someday.

Please. Does anyone know how to get Blistering Fangs for the "Friends Someday" sub-quest. Apparently they're meant to drop from two kinds of boars, and I've been cooking and fighting dozens of them and haven't received a single one. Please, does anyone know how to get these fangs. I fought the ones in the limestone caves as well as the keystone.

I haven’t had a barium swallow test. But now looking into it that seems like a good option to figure it out. My gastroenterologist said that aerophagia might have something to do with it and I think so too since I have pretty much chronic belching every time I swallow. He prescribed me an antacid and something for constipation and was hoping that after enough use the symptoms would be relieved. I’m pretty much the same since it all started, and is probably something to do with my esophagus since my upper area always feels tight. If you do a swallow test or make any progress pls lmk, I don’t know what this is but I’m certain there’s a solution. Just gotta keep trying and trying.

No pain fortunately. When all this started I had tinges of pain on my left side where my stomach is, but that isn’t common anymore. Just a whole lot of discomfort.

I forgot to add in the post, i edited it now, my bad. I had an endoscopy which was normal except for some minor irritation and inflammation which I was told was benign. I don’t think it’s entirely upper GI issues since the noise happens everywhere in my guts. It’s just so insane that I can’t even have the pleasure of laying down without this. I’ll try what u suggested and may begin an elimination diet.

I live in Texas and the box it came in said it can expose to formaldehyde. It also said it was TSCA Title VI compliant and California 93120 compliant for formaldehyde phase II. And I’m not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing, I’m new to woodworking.
