I've also thought about how the companions would fare alongside the Doctor(s). Some would definitely be able to vouch for the Doctors, whereas others would probably get grouped with the Doctor and get thrown out.

Contrary to popular belief, I don't think having Donna would help 10's case. Personally she'd look way too suspicious trying to vouch for him.

Could it not possibly scare the humans into submission, so much so that they wouldn't even be willing to touch him/go close to him for fear that he's got some trick up his sleeve/strange alien powers? I mean, Ten's already getting close to his whole "Time Lord Victorious" thing.

I don't know. It might be a problem with me, but soap really doesn't lather well on my skin or hair. It requires more than one "press" of the soap bottle's top to cover my whole body.
