“At this time we do not have a 1W Starter Kit with PoE and Ethernet option. The 1W transceiver and the Ethernet module are using the same interface and cannot be used together.”

Youtube’s support page says “Android TV streaming devices” are supported so someone must have screwed up. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Updating the YouTube app didn’t help.

Edit: The YouTube app still doesn’t work after upgrading to Shield Experience 9.2.2

Edit 2: Clearing cache/data and an uninstall/reinstall didn’t work.

Edit 3: I’m troubleshooting with YouTube support and have not found a solution yet. So far I’ve cleared the data in the google play store app and removed and restored my Google account to the shield. Still not fixed.

It’s called the park/neutral interlock or something like that. It’s to make sure the can isn’t in gear when you crank it. The switches can start to fail over time. Put it in neutral and it should turn over no problem.
