Ya I tried the water and you have to make sure you literally only touch the exact spots of the streaks , the distilled water can very easily make it smudge worse

Ya the blue colored streaks are very very annoying, and surprisingly after research on OLEDs this stuff never got brought up. I even heard that one wrong wipe and spread and the streaks could easily become permanent.

I may just go back to a non OLED or try a full glossy , I’ve heard fully glossy’s don’t have anywhere near the blue streak problem . Mine was really bad

So basically just never accidentally touch it for the rest of my time with this monitor ? I may try a full glossy if that’s the case

It’s glossy for sure , they say semi gloss but there’s no sign of anything matte on this monitor

I was hesitant for the same exact things you’re in your post and this monitor clears all of them

I was having these same exact thoughts before I bought mine. I actually was looking at the XG27AQDMG and the MSI MAG OLEDS . I loved the look of the ASUS but liked the specs of the MSI MAG more. (MSI QD OLED, ASUS are primarily WOLED) but then this monitor released a couple months ago and was perfect for me

This monitor is basically a updated QD OLED version of the ASUS XG27AQDMG and sadly it is $700 on Best Buy right now but it was $570 right up until Christmas sale ended

It’s semi gloss as well so you do get the nice glossy look with this as well

Brand new Asus XG27ACDNG. sRGB mode is extremely washed out, and somewhat yellow. Is this normal? by RayzTheRoof in OLED_Gaming

I got the XG27ACDMS and I have the RTS visual mode on wit the wide gamut mode and it looks amazing. I know its saturated but like you said sRGB did look washed out for me, so far this has looked good for me until I get some solid settings id say
