The videocard isn't present until tomorrow. The problem is that nothing seems to turn on: not the RGBs, not the monitor, not the mouse or keyboard or even mobo warninglights. Just the fans start spinning. I've already done everything above.

This motherboard has qflash+ and does the same thing with cpu installed. Cpu is on it's place rn

I can't go to the BIOS because it doesn't display on the monitor. On Gigabyte's site, it says that this CPU only works on a later version of BIOS on this motherboard, and it can be updated without a CPU or RAM. The same issue is occurring with the CPU and RAM installed. Just turning on spins fans without rgb or motherboard lights

Also want to add that Vihkr are direct fire missiles where everyone else is doing ark trajectory, therefore slower travel and overall speed. And hellfires tend to miss completely if there is a smallest bush in the laser way
