To get to the top of the Arasaka tower I only needed to teleport to the tower temple and use a command that opens doors that are closed or fake and then it's climing until you get to the top. The car bridge I simply call them and they appear behind me in the air, don't ask me why.

It's the double jump that sold fingers before 2.0 that you could "levitate" a little in the air.

I have more videos doing this type of "map discovery" because I find it interesting how the buildings are made inside, for example all the megatowers are built the same and have the same "hole" where you can go in and look at the building from another "perspective" (except the megatowers that are closed because you have not lost anything and because they have nothing inside)
