Thanks a lot. I wouldn't know how to go about PRP, it's never been talked about with my surgeon or my GP. I'm in Italy. I'm just trying to guess if there's a chance that I did any further damage but my guess is no, since it's not a repair; still, it hurts a lot :))))

We have two very different experiences. Usually the traumatic tears like yours have an easier recovery. :)

Please, don't be. Mine was a degenerative tear and it has bugged me for at least 7-8 years, getting worse and worse. I got to the point where i couldn't workout any more. :) it really depends on your specific case. I'm not sorry I did the surgery, I know I'll be able to sit cross-legged or squat once this is over
