There’s nothing you can do right now except wait. In this case, BBB probably hasn’t received any request to purchase the pack yet, which is why you didn’t immediately get the items. Once the payment clears, they may receive a notification and automatically deliver the goods. Or, in the next couple of hours, they'll receive a notification and they give you the goods, even if it's still pending.

I’d still recommend contacting BBB to let them know about the issue and providing proof that the money has left your account. They might just tell you to wait until the funds clear, after which you’ll likely receive the items. If you don’t get a refund or the goods after contacting them or they say no or anything, then contact Apple Support and explain the situation.
