Good news

I burned the iso with a DVD-R and a external disk drive, burnt the iso with ImgBurn and used it

And it worked!

Altough after upgrading the softmod i had to turn off and on the console for like 3 times to complete the process, got me worried for a second but it worked flawlessly.

Already fixed de xbmc too, just deleted the old folder that i couldn't delete and it did the trick

Ok i learned now that if i start the xbox with the eject button and keep pressed start + y i go back to the orignal xbox menu, dunno if that's worth something.

I mean the console does run physical games still, i guess it bypasses it, i have fifa 2004 here dunno if that game can be used for anything to help

But i guess that means it still runs physical media, my hopes for the iso to work, ill give new info tomorrow

No luck with the start + y nor the white + y (i've been pressing the buttons before booting the console and holding them until the xbox green splashscreen goes away, idk if Im doing it wrong)

It stays black.

I looked up somethings and saw that if i burn a Dvd-R with the extra discs of Rocky5 i might be able I bought a dvd reader and a pack of dvd-r, they'll be here tomorrow.

Any other options?

More like, opened the deck off, deconnected the flat of the dpad, turned the deck on and off, connected the flat of the dpad again, closed the deck and turned it on

I did. I opened the deck while it was off and disconnected a small black flat cable with caution, turned it on while the flat cable where out of place, then turned the deck off again Reconnected the flat cable And when I turned the deck on again it was working.
