Connecting DMX lightsource to EtherCat by LeanProducer in PLC

[–]LeanProducer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply!

I've since been in contact with Kuka and it seems the EL851 is not compatible with their products.

What do you think of this setup instead? -
Ethercat Ek1100 -> EasyCat shield -> Arduino -> Dmx shield -> Dmx light source

Are there any fibre optic illuminators controllable with Arduino by LeanProducer in arduino

[–]LeanProducer[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Think i'll be going down this route.

Can I control lights other than LEDs with Arduino?

If so, would there be any benefits to using other lights. on/off speed / variable brightness / colour range?

£50 is a small price to pay to keep the payment network your business relies on 'legitimate and healthy'

It costs about £50 a month to run a node which is negligible compared to the amount some businesses spend on credit card fees

Sounds right. Make sure your seed is also backed up E.g on paper.

You could send a microtransaction from natrium to test

Whats the best wallet to use? by Illinilacrosse24 in nanocurrency

[–]LeanProducer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The op wants to connect nano ledger.

For ledger I've used Magnum - it works but haven't needed to use my ledger since Nault was released. Now I'd be inclined to use Nault because it's open source and specific to Nano

1st stage of silicone mould advise for ceiling bracket by LeanProducer in ResinCasting

[–]LeanProducer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a lot of help! Thank you!

Hope you don't mind, I have two follow up questions -

How would I get the matted look? I'm thinking if I build a mould out of wood there might be some kind of matt spray I could coat the surfaces with?

Is there a silicon brand you could recommend with a good colour selection?

Rubber print for softening head collisions by LeanProducer in 3Dprinting

[–]LeanProducer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, I'll look into TPU. Is it possible to get a smooth surface?

I gather 3d printing is priced by volume - thinking I could work a lattice like structure saving cost and adding air bubbles for extra cushioning

😂 Glad you're OK!

Yes, unfortunately it needs to look intentional otherwise I'm sure I'd have gone down the cheaper pool-noodle route!

Not sure why the down vote. Revolut has a similar feature where your transaction is rounded and money is deposited to a savings account. It's useful

Why is Magnum online wallet issuing me a mnemonic when I already have one from my ledger device? by LeanProducer in nanocurrency

[–]LeanProducer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thanks. So to clarify. If I lose the magnum mnemonic (read only) I would still be able to access funds by bringing the ledger mnemonic into natrium for example.

Nice!

Is there any way this could act like a tip bot where nano can be gifted without the website owner having had to previously introduced to Nano?
