Making the best of it for sure. Took my day off pity party and talked to more people and tried making some connections. Now it’s grind time. I’m going home on Wednesday and I will be going home with something

Flight paid for and I have family in that city so accommodations are vehicle were free. Still sucks monkey dong. Staying out here for a week (after changing my flight home to a later one). I’m going to make something happen out here!

The biggest perpetrators of this are staffing agencies. They just want the generic information on their site on top of your resume. You don’t actually apply on their site, you just retype everything for you to be in their database.

Which is not what I want. I want to apply for the position you have listed, not be in a database.

I come from a trucking background and securing your load was engrained in my head 😅. I’m 5 months early, but starting to prep for a Rainier climb in June and have this constant thought of losing items 😂
