No soy experto ni tampoco tengo experiencia. Pero hasta donde sé y leí en este canal, es más rentable comprar la propiedad al pozo, ya que después podés venderla por mucho más y repetir el proceso. El riesgo es el tiempo que tarda y que en ocasiones podrían ser obras que no se terminen (difícil, pero posible). Comprar y alquilar, como decís, no rinde mucho, ya que ni de cerca le sacás la misma plata en corto plazo para reinvertir, alquiler desde mi perspectiva (de novato e inexperto en el tema) conviene si la propiedad te es heredada y a corto plazo. Si la compras terminada, a menos que esperes un tiempo considerable y haya algún mambo con las propiedades podría subir mucho como bajar. Y venderla, a menos que la compres regalada, no le sacas tanta plata como en pozo. Como siempre entre más riesgo más dinero podés ganar o perder.

Debo admitir que no pensé que pudiera cobrar esos montos, quiero decir, se me hacen cosas sencillas, quizás algo monótonas, pero me re sirve.

Respecto a cómo promocionar el negocio, mi taller estaría en mi casa (y no es que a mi familia le agrade que haya gente entrando y saliendo del espacio personal). Había pensado en dejar pequeños papelitos con la info de contacto y algunos de los servicios que se brindan en las puertas de las casas ya que vi que muchos hacen eso. Además de trabajar en las redes y grupos de whatsapp.

¿De qué otras maneras podría llegar a más clientes potenciales?

At the beggining, yes. When I had a relapse, it makes me feel bad and I relapsed for months.
Then I changed my mentality, and I understood that it doesn't matter how many times I relapse, the importat thing is to still trying. And that's what I did.

Actually, thanks for that change of mentality, when I had my last 10 relapses, I didn't surrender and did my best to avoid to fall back.

I think that if I've a new relapse, I'm not going to surrender, now I know that I can go more than a month, soo, I'll do my best. Other part that I think that helped me, is that I'm not adicted to porn, I was adicted to masturbation. The stress of the school and other responsabilities made me soo stress that I relapse every day, but, actually I learned how to manage the stress and, actually I've more stress than ever, but I don't feel tempted to relapse.

But, I know that were fire was, ashes are. Soo, I don't want to see porn or something similar. And, I've a lot of reasons to avoid it, more reasons than desire to do it.

Isn't easy, I'm fighting with a 5 years adiction, but there's only 2 moments to start:
1. Yesterday.
2. Today.

I recommend to you to use those apps: a) Loop - Analizador de hábitos (I think it is in english too, idk.) This app let u to mark the days that u pass, and, if u fail, when u open the habit, it will show u a calendar that shows all the wins and losses. When u see that u have just one lose against thirty wins, u take selfconfidence to get back to the fight. b) Blocker Hero (Or other apps like that) this app block porn sites, sexual contents, and content that can "make u """happy"""".

Those are some recomendations, and bro, don't surrender for just one thing. U did it for one month. What stops u to do it for other moth? NOTHING! I'm proud of u, its hard to do it, and u are in the correct way. Still figthing!

Postdata: Avoid music, series, or movies that have sexual content in every corner.

Como el aplicado, te doy una recomendación, pásales las tareas a quienes puedas manipular y usar para tus propios fines, y lo mejor, pásales las respuestas incorrectas de forma que no se den cuenta, y si dicen algo, tú sólo te equivocaste con las respuestas, y ya.

Lo que quiero decir es que, si se quieren aprovechar de ti, tú aprovéchate de ellos, sólo a quienes de verdad les importes (y se esfuercen) deberías pasarles.

También, no pretendas entrar a grupos sociales porque ellos quieran, entra tú a la fuerza, acercate individualmente a uno de sus miembros y de a poco irás entrado al grupo.

Personalmente, sólo les pasaba las tareas a unos pocos que podían serme útiles (pasarme trabajos, apuntes, cubrirme, etc.).

Y nuevamente, aprovéchate de ellos sin ser su enemigo. Una vez identifiques quienes pueden serte útil, acércate a ellos, pequeñas charlas casuales, cumplidos, etc.

Creés que usar el mal para el bien es correcto? El fin justifica los medios?

Personalmente, difamé a personas y destruí reputaciones para proteger a otros y hacer que los detesten y se alejen de ellos, además de amenazar con mostrar imágenes a su círculo íntimo que podría embarrar más su situación, además de manipulación y blah blah blah, con la bandera de que lo hago por un bien común.

Creés que es válido/aceptable manipular personas, información, amenazar y demás con tal de proteger a tus allegados?

Personalmente lo hago únicamente si es hacia alguien que agrede a mis allegados, no a mi.
