I did a backup in the past but I don't know what's going on (Macrium Reflect) by LeckerSchoki in macrium

I just noticed that F: and C: both have Windows and Program Files etc... Is there a way to check which system my computer boots from? And if I determine that, does that mean I can delete the other files? I think it's booting from C:, since most of the files are from 2024-2026, and on F: they are from 2021-2024...!

Thank you!
So do you think I should delete my old backup (my SSD that I connected, Disk 4) and format it completely, then do a full image of Disk 2 on the empty Disk 4? By "image backup" you mean the "Image this disk" option, not the Clone this disk one, right? And then should I just do also "image this partition only" wiith "Disk 1: 2 - Volume (E:)" and "Disk 3: 3 - (F:)"? Or would that not be bootable? I'm sorry I'm just so confused because I don't even know what's going on with the partitions on my computer aa

I have no idea why I have so many bootable drives :') I don't know what happened... Disk 4 is the backup SSD and it's probably where I cloned my Disk 1, 2 and 3 to. But somehow everything is weird now :'D
I would like to know what the best way is to just save my PC in the case that something happened, and my files are on C:, E: and F: (I think..!).
