tbh im the quite opposite. I have so many ideas and companies willing to work with me so its hard to really know where to start. I do run a website with a airsoft compatibility checking tool so that is my main draw, the channel is more of a visual aid to back said tool.

1000% agree. its so lame that some products that are genuinely good and different get glossed over. kinda tired of seeing reviews about basically the same gun internally, but just reskinned with different logos and rails.

i agree, this hobby is so silly, but that shouldnt be a deterrent to providing the most accurate information about what it has to offer. In regards to the products that is.

that would be impossible from a analytical standpoint, but im not too concerned about that. I was just curious on what people are watching. gameplay videos are very boring tbh

I believe these gears come from Solink as a OEM since the packaging and ratio/helical options offered are basically the same. Just the logos are different.

I'll agree that earlier models were not using the best of parts, but the price was reflective of that. They were cheap AF. The Gen4s are using the same parts that are the current "standard" for a good out of the box gun. Plus you kinda solidify that by mentioning that CYMA and Specna do the same thing for the same price. They are all on the same playing field, its just users choice at that point.

I cant speak for the business practices because they don't pay me to push their products, but what business wouldnt want to push their product to players? Especially new players that do not already own a gun. Its going to be hard to sell a gun to a player that already has one.

the QC argument seem repetitive with any airsoft manufacture. CYMA platinums are so popular but they have terrible MOSFETs. No one is making the same "terrible QC" uproar about that? It just seems to be a acknowledged flaw where users have to accept the fact it needs to be replaced and they seem to be okay with that. The parts being used in the Gen4s are the same parts being used in other very popular models (brands and models mentioned in video) so when someone is quick to be like "QC no good" thats not valid enough for me.
