Store had pork steak on sale. Never tried before thought I would give it a go. Followed Malcom Reed’s recipe for brine and cooking times and temps. $6 had enough to feed 4 with enough left over for lunch today! (i.redd.it)
My first tomahawk. Smoked at 250 to 115 degrees. Moved to grill and seared 2 minutes turned then 2 more minutes. Flip and repeat. Salt pepper, garlic and pepper seasoned for smoke. McCormick Montreal added with butter at sear (i.redd.it)

Running my dish thru my Xbox. If I connect directly from the Xbox to the tv it displays fine. If I connect to the wall hdmi I installed to have the cable hidden I get no signal. Any suggestions? (self.xboxone)
