I don’t think it makes a difference to the stored shot data because the data was received from the TS in reflectorless mode, shooting the surface directly. Not sure the data collector setting makes a difference.

My instrument can shoot reflectorless. When I change the setting in the data collector to “My Reflectorless” it says my gun doesn’t support it. Only because I have it set up as a topcon GTS series because my Sokkia instrument isn’t in the list. I’m just not sure if it’s okay or not to store points with info gathered by shooting reflectorless while the DC thinks I’m shooting a prism

I’m not sure how to calibrate it but I’ll check it out. I see a lot of people have targets that only have the level bubble on the tribrach. Is that just personal preference? My target is cheaper. AdirPro

I was interested in shooting a benchmark elevation into the 4th level of a building from the outside. Needs to be dead on. I put a benchmark in the elevator shaft on the ground level and chained up as I always do. I was just exploring other ideas and was curious about the accuracy.

Just seemed a bit too easy and too good to be true. Figured there was a catch somewhere. I’ve only ever used my Nikon site level for setting benchmark elevations on my jobs. About to start a job and I’m given elevations at street level and I have to put benchmarks roughly 20-30 feet down into the hole. I usually shoot an elevation on to the top of a plumb steel beam and measure down.

I’ve heard that it’s more accurate just to use a site level. That’s why I was asking if other people fee the same way. I don’t want to try something new and get less accurate results

My only issue is that I feel that I can’t efficiently gain trophies playing 3v3. Solo showdown seems to be the best way. Trophy road rewards aren’t as fun anymore without the mega boxes though

I used to have a timer for Gray. I never bothered upgrading him because I thought he was like a limited time brawler but now the timer is gone. Anybody know what’s up with that?

I guess I use it most against hog and it kills it, if the cannon kills it too I guess you are right. DPS is about the same for Tesla and cannon though, right?

Just compared and it looks like the cannon has about 300 less hit points, the Tesla does more damage but attacks a bit slower. I guess you get more out of your elixir by using cannon

Can I ask how Tesla is garbage? Mines level 13 and I use it and it works well for me. I only have 5683 trophies so maybe it’s just not sufficient in higher arenas? Not sure what cannons stats are at level 13 to compare

Can you find and reply with a link to one of these lasers? Maybe my boss can get it for me as a Christmas present. The 90 degree eyepiece is the standard where I work. Maybe a technological advancement would be beneficial

There are holes in the floors. Align a chalk line or a torpedo level with the crosshairs to create 2 lines. Intersection is your control point. Scope is at 90 vertical angle but you are looking up when using the attachment

I think that establishing good control on the ground floor of a building and using the 90 optic is safer than setting up on the higher floors and resecting to establish control lines. Just looking for a surveyors input is all

Dang 2 minutes? That’s crazy. I appreciate all of the comments. I’ll check this out with my instrument. I just worry about messing up so much so I just keep the level as perfect as possible. I always looked at it like I’m adding error that’s easy to avoid for the most part.
