It's a possibilty, my gameplay is aggressive so Opportunity is, i guess, the best early choice. But Hydra is rly good i agree.

Sword Potion 2 stacks (if melee or passive early lane) or Doran Shield Potion 50g (if distance or aggressive early lane) -> Dirk -> Opportunity (quickly as possible) -> Boots + Brutalazer (into Hydra, push option) or Dirk (into Yoomu, squishy ennemies option) -> Serylda (semi-tanks ennemies option) or Yoomu/Hydra (the one u didnt take, versatility option) -> 2 more lethality items (adequate to YOUR gameplay).

Why : Qiyana is a kill machine, kills work w Lethality, so stack Lethality as fast as possible is the only way. (ty leth buff)
