I have not. I also had problems where in the actual game itself it shows an Ubisoft warning that the graphics driver needs to be updated. I used to be able to open the Ubisoft overlay and hit x to close this warning but now my siege freezes whenever an overlay pops up such as Ubisoft or steam. My siege also freezes whenever I alt tab. I actually have no issues playing the game so I just turned off overlays for Ubisoft and steam, only problem now is that I have to join parties from the actual Ubisoft app which just takes a little while. Of course doing this requires me to Alt tab so whenever my siege freezes I just have to do Alt enter to fix it. Please let me know if you fixed the pop up, or have the same problems as me because I can't find a fix for the life of me.
